Meet Lylah
In December of 2014, a little bundle of energy and spunk was born that would change my life forever. I had never owned a dog or even really been around them much either. I never expected what would happen next. She came in like a wrecking ball - a master manipulator with the cutest ears and eyes, the sweetest kisses, an the best snuggles. She LOVED to play, even up to her last days she rallied to play tug of war or run around to catch a ball in the yard with her little brother, Loki.
She was a trooper. I called her my little gator when she was feisty. She was vibrant and full of personality and drama - just like her mama. She showed me what unconditional love is, what belly laughs felt like when she was being silly or what comfort felt like when I was upset. She saved me on so many occasions.
Hug your fur babies. Take the long loop on your walk. Snuggle extra in the morning. Throw the silly birthday party that people look at you weird for. Love them every moment you can. RIP my sweet Lylah, I'll miss you every step of the way.
